My Mission
My mission is to provide compassionate, integrative therapy that helps individuals and couples heal from trauma, deepen connection, and develop a more grounded sense of self.
I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow without judgment. My work honors the whole person—mind, body, emotions, relationships, spirituality, and lived experience—and supports clients in moving from survival toward greater authenticity, clarity, resilience, and connection.
My Approach
Drawing from trauma-informed and evidence-based holistic practices, I tailor to each client's unique needs, working collaboratively with individuals and couples to explore patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional awareness, and build deeper connection with themselves and others. My approach honors the whole person while recognizing the impact trauma and life experiences can have on our sense of self, relationships, and nervous system.

Gottman Method and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
Certified SYMBIS Relationship Coach and Facilitator.
The SYMBIS approach is
- Assessment-Driven Therapy: Couples individually complete a comprehensive online test that evaluates their personalities, psychological health, communication styles, finances, and attitudes toward intimacy and family.
- Personalized Facilitation: Use the resulting data to tailor their counseling sessions to the couple's specific strengths and areas of growth.
- Preventative Focus: Designed to be proactive, helping couples anticipate potential obstacles, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively before they become major issues
